Healing often begins not when things completely fall apart, but when we finally slow down enough to listen to what our body has been carrying.

At Sol de Luna, therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself gently and without pressure. Many of the people I work with appear strong, capable, and “put together” on the outside, while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

My work is rooted in somatic and trauma-informed therapy, with an emphasis on nervous system safety, emotional regulation, attachment healing, and self-trust. Rather than focusing on what is “wrong” with you, we begin by understanding how your experiences, relationships, and survival patterns have shaped the way your nervous system learned to cope.

Healing here does not begin with fixing. It begins with safety.

Together, we create space for your system to slow down, soften, and feel supported enough to process what has been held beneath the surface. From there, we gently explore patterns related to anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-worth, people-pleasing, emotional burnout, and disconnection.

I believe healing happens in phases, much like the moon’s cycles. Growth doesn’t come from pushing harder or becoming someone new. It comes from reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have always deserved compassion, safety, and care.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy at Sol de Luna is a collaborative, one-on-one space designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and make sense of what you’re experiencing without pressure to “fix” yourself.

Sessions are paced with care, focusing first on building nervous system safety and emotional regulation. From there, we gently explore patterns related to anxiety, trauma, relationships, attachment wounds, self-worth, and emotional overwhelm, always guided by what feels manageable and supportive for you.

This work is especially supportive for adults who:

  • feel emotionally exhausted despite “holding it together”

  • struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or people-pleasing

  • feel disconnected from themselves or their emotions

  • are navigating relationship wounds, grief, or life transitions

  • want deeper healing beyond surface-level coping skills

My approach integrates somatic therapy, attachment-focused work, trauma-informed care, and nervous system regulation to support healing at both the emotional and body level.

Working Together

Sessions are offered in a grounded, supportive space designed to meet you where you are emotionally, mentally and physically. Therapy at Sol de Luna is paced with care, allowing space for both insight and nervous system healing.

Format

  • In person session in Downey, CA

  • Telehealth available throughout California

  • 50-minute sessions

  • Weekly or bi-weekly appointments based on your needs and goals

Investment

  • $200 per 50-minute session

  • Payment due at time of service

  • Superbills available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Therapy is an investment in your emotional wellbeing, relationships, nervous system health, and long-term healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply supported, understood, and safe enough to do meaningful work at a sustainable pace.

Consistency supports the depth and effectiveness of this work. Sessions are reserved specifically for you and your healing process.
